TWILIGHT

So the day or night I should say, finally arrived. My friend Jody rented out a theatre and we saw the midnight showing of Twilight last night. It was so much fun. Lots of people dressed up and really got into it. The movie was good, Edward was hot. I think that it is one of those movies that you need to see again but all in all it was great. I loved Edward, charlie, and Jessica the best. James was very spooky and so was Victoria, (aka Nikki.) It was a very fun night but I didn't go to bed until 3:30 and woke up at 7:00. I might not make it through this day.

Happy birthday Ethan!!!

On November 19 Ethan turned nine years old. For some reason this was very hard for me. He came in our room in the morning and we said happy birthday Ethan and he said I really love you guys. It was so sweet. I kept tearing up all throughout the day. He has been such a joy to have in our family. He has grown so quickly and I find myself trying to hold on because it is going by so fast. He is always willing to lend a hand and for the most part listens very well. He loves to play football, swim, draw, read, knee board, and like all boys play video games. He got a guitar and the video game super smash brothers brawl. As you can see he was very excited. We love you and are so proud of the young man that you are becoming.

First snow

On November 6 the kids went out to play in the snow for the first time this season. They had so much fun throwing snowballs, making snow angels and just rolling around. They even did an action shot of Gavin getting hit by a snowball.

cousins

We stopped by Aaron's brothers to take a few snapshots of the kids before they headed out to get all of their loot. They are so cute!

Spooky cupcake

I made some of these cute spider cupcakes for the scout Halloween party last week and they were such a hit. The cake is chocolate, the frosting is vanilla butter cream and the spider is a malt ball with red hot licorice for the legs.

Our little spooks

I found the best spot by the temple and pulled over to take pictures of the kids. Halloween is one of the best times of the year!

Dance party

Abigale takes dance at a place in American Fork and they had a Halloween party on the 29th. She was so excited to wear her costume. They danced to Halloween music, ate treats, and just had fun. It is so fun to have a little girl to dress up.

CARVIN PUMPKINS

Carving pumpkins is just one of those things that you love but hate. The kids think that it is so great but man it is a lot of work. I will admit that Aaron had the harder pumpkins. I helped Abigale with her pumpkin and she thought it was wonderful. Aaron was stuck with the big ones but he did a great job!

Our little scout

On October 21 Ethan earned his wolf. Being that I am a den leader it was even more exciting because I know a lot of work goes into scouts. Way to go Ethan we love you.
