Fourth of July

On the fourth of July Aaron didn't have to work which is very rare. We got yard work done and then took the kids to the pool. it was the perfect day. It was overcast and not many people were swimming. All of the kids loved it. Ethan and Gavin had so much fun jumping off the diving board. Poor Gavin ended up with really red eyes from all the chlorine. After we went to Grandma Wigington's house for dinner and fireworks. Dawson looked at me through a magnifying glass and he looked so funny in the pictures. The kids had a great time. Aaron lit off the fireworks and did GREAT!! What a perfect Fourth of July.

Cabin - rodeo

Every year we go to the Oakley rodeo with Grandma and papa. This year we went to the cabin for a few days before the rodeo. We saw so much wildlife. We got really close to a moose and I got some great pictures. Then it was off to the rodeo. Jared and Allie came with their kids and so did Jason and Jamie. It was so much fun. Dawson made a mess with the cotton candy. After the rodeo they had a great firework show. It was so wonderful. We lost Ethan when we were heading out to the car and it was so scary. It took us about 30 minutes to find him and be the time we did Gavin was balling. He was so worried about Ethan. It was so sweet. Gavin asked to sleep in Ethan's room because he was so glad that we found him. What a relief.

Pirate

Dawson was suppose to be napping when he called out, "Mom I'm awake." Like he always does when he wakes up and I came in to see him with Abigale's bracelets all over him. He said, "Do you know why these are on me? It is because I am a pirate!" It was so cute I had to take pictures.

BUBBLES

We did bubbles a few weeks ago when we learned about the letter B. I always teach about the letter sounds in the summer for the little kids but all the kids liked the bubbles. Who doesn't like bubbles??
