We stopped by Aaron's brothers to take a few snapshots of the kids before they headed out to get all of their loot. They are so cute!

Spooky cupcake

I made some of these cute spider cupcakes for the scout Halloween party last week and they were such a hit. The cake is chocolate, the frosting is vanilla butter cream and the spider is a malt ball with red hot licorice for the legs.

I found the best spot by the temple and pulled over to take pictures of the kids. Halloween is one of the best times of the year!

Dance party

Abigale takes dance at a place in American Fork and they had a Halloween party on the 29th. She was so excited to wear her costume. They danced to Halloween music, ate treats, and just had fun. It is so fun to have a little girl to dress up.

CARVIN PUMPKINS

Carving pumpkins is just one of those things that you love but hate. The kids think that it is so great but man it is a lot of work. I will admit that Aaron had the harder pumpkins. I helped Abigale with her pumpkin and she thought it was wonderful. Aaron was stuck with the big ones but he did a great job!

On October 21 Ethan earned his wolf. Being that I am a den leader it was even more exciting because I know a lot of work goes into scouts. Way to go Ethan we love you.

Scarecrow Festival

We took the kids to the scarecrow festival and for the first time Aaron was able to go. The kids love going there and playing all of games and eating the greasy food. I must admit I love it too.

We want s'more

We decided to take advantage of one of the last good days of the year.On October 19 we went up American Fork Canyon with some friends to roast hot dogs and s'mores. The kids had a blast and the weather was perfect.
