I know that a lot of people don't like Valenitnes day but I love it. Not because of love or flowers or anything like that. It is for the heart shaped sugar cookies that we make and decorate. This year they were extra good. I made a heart shaped crayon for each of the kids and gave them all a webkinz. Dad made dinner and we had our own little family party. We played valentine bingo and I bought some little prizes like gum and pencils. I also made some valentine caramel, chocolate pretzels. They were so yummy. We had so much fun. Who wouldn't love a valentines day like that??

Goodbye mail box
The first week in February one of our neighbors hit our mail box. Aaron asked me to take a picture and I thought it was so embarrassing so I took some out of Abigale's window. It was really bad and did some major damage to the ladies car. We had the mailbox removed and the guy said that when they weighed it at the dump it weighed 1800lbs. and most rock mailboxes weigh about 800. Aaron sure made that thing sturdy. No wonder her car is trashed!

making hats
I asked my sister in law to teach me how to make a hat so a few weeks ago she came over to my house and we worked on hats for about6 hours stopping for lunch. She was so patient because in that time I wasn't even half way through my first hat. since then I have improved making Dawson 2 hats and Gavin one hat. It is so fun to see the finished project. I am making Aaron one next! Thanks Allie!
