New Years Eve

We had a New Years party with my family. We had so much food it's not even funny but it was great. We played a game and my sister, pregnant and all, had to do a belly dance. (It was great, sorry Heather). It is so fun now that there are other grand kids to play with ours. They kids got to stay up late, eat lots of sugar, and play games, what more could you ask for??

Bowling

Over the Christmas break we took the kids bowling at Jack and Jill's. They had a blast. Gavin was so excited about his bowling shoes and they all wanted to take them home with us. It is definitely something that we will do again very soon.

CHRISTMAS DAY!!!

Christmas morning finally came and the kids couldn't wait. Ethan and Gavin woke a little before seven and I made them wait until eight when Abigale woke up. Of course this was the day that Dawson slept in so I woke him up so we could all celebrate together. Everyone seemed to be happy with there gifts. I gave Aaron a new i pod, a couple of movies, and a game. He gave me a vest, shoes, and a KITCHENAID!!!! I have wanted one for years. It was a very relaxing day and I was sad to see it go.

Christmas Eve

We had a very wonderful Christmas Eve. For lunch we went to Grandma Wigington's house a spent three hours with her and the cousins. That evening we went to Grandma Triptow's house and ate dinner and watched The Muppet Christmas Carol. I use to watch that movie on Christmas Eve with my brothers and sister. The kids didn't have the same appreciation for it that I thought. Even Aaron fell asleep. It was a little disappointing but I enjoyed it. when we got home the kids got to open a gift before bed and they each got a new pair of jammies.
